2008 Main Club Awards

The Four Main Club awards were presented to the winners at the Club’s November meeting held at Cheslyn Hay WMC on Monday 17 November 2008.
The winners were: – Batman: Gotham Knight movie download
The Walmsley Endeavour Trophy – given to the team that battles through adversity during the season – was awarded to the Under 11s Girls Panthers. Ruby Blue movie K-9
The Jo Stoddart Memorial Trophy in memory of Jo who was an active parent within the club – given to Clubman of the Year was awarded to the late Stuart Dyson who was sadly lost from the Club earlier this year. The trophy was picked up on his behalf by his children Tom and Amy, who both play for the Club and was given by the children of Jo.

The Ben Young Memorial Trophy -in memory of Ben who played for the Club -awarded to the Club Player of the Year was awarded by the parents of Ben to Daniel Wilson of Under 13s Panthers and Rachel Hall of Under 16s Girls. Brother’s War divx
The Matt Harrison Memorial Trophy in memory of Matt who played for the Club – awarded to the Club Team of the Year was awarded to the Under 16s Girls Team.
All award winners richly deserved their recognition – our congratulations go to all of them.
