Yesterday was another remarkable day in the history of Wyrley Juniors FC.
The Club picked up the FA Charter Standard Community Club of the Year award at Wembley Stadium, with the club name being shared with 84 000 spectators and millions on tv.
This is the second time the club has picked up the award in 6 years – the first club to have to have picked up a national award twice!
Everyone who has played their part in developing the club during it’s success littered history should walk tall as you have given the club a superb reputation. By starting initiatives to get anyone of any.ability involved in the game, coaching in schools and wonderful involvement in the local community and much, much more – all given by the magnificent people within the club now and in the previous 35 years – the club does wonderful things.
Everyone who has played their part in developing the club during it’s success littered history should walk tall as you have given the club a tremendous reputation.

Well done everyone!!

Really, really ‘Proud to be Wyrley’.
