This was a well contested game between two evenly matched teams as the score line would suggest, a strong wind blowing from end to end made free flowing football difficult a times, Pumas with the wind at their backs in the first half put early pressure on the Wednesbury goal but the Wildcats held firm, A free kick by Lauren Rolls was goal bound but somehow a Wildcat defender cleared the ball over the bar, Pumas got their break when Danni Jay Dodd Biggs was sent clear and coolly shot into the corner of the Wildcats net, to put Pumas one up. Wildcats soon bounced back when their striker followed up a rebounded shot to level the score. In the second half the Pumas had to repel some prolonged spells of pressure, Jordan Parker, Lauren Quinn and Abby Judson holding firm at the back, but man of the match Jaffa was excellent in goal. At the end of the game both teams efforts were rewarded with a share of the points.Higher Learning buy
