This game was a mirror image to last weeks encounter, this time Pumas had the Lions share of the opportunities on goal but they couldn’t convert, Ilora Anderson and Lucy Wells efforts on goal were repelled well by the inform Ellie Evans in the Panthers goal, well supported by Amy Cotterell and Shannon Sault in the Panthers defence. A brilliant piece of individual skill and a smart finish from Katie Lawton was the difference on the day, and this time it was the Pumas who were chasing the game in the second half but Panthers worked hard to keep them at bay, Rian Mullen was Pumas man of the match.
