The “All New Wyrley Colts” ran out in their first ever match as a Wyrley Juniors team and won the Under 10’s mini-league at Shelfield United’s World Cup Tournament on Sunday 6 June.

Having not lost a single match all day, they lost in the most cruel way possible……a dreaded penalty shoot-out to Chase Athletic 3-1.

Wyrley Colts gave a glimpse of things to come as they drew only 2 matches out of 7, and put in a fantastic performance.

The team are now looking ahead to the Wyrley Juniors Tournament and to representing their new club on home turf.

Congratulations lads……..Fat Scottie is the proudest Gaffer around!!!!!
