CONGRATULATIONS BOYS!!
Having just been beaten 4-0 by Bentley the boys got their heads up and were keen to show Bloxwich how good they are. They absolutely stormed this game and were all over bloxwich, it could have been 10!! Ben Powney was outstanding again and topped his days performances with a brilliant left footed top corner goal. Nathan Brown had a great game on the wing and grabbed a great goal. The other 2 goals came from Josh Bruton, who terrified the defence every time he got the ball and could of scored 5 but for some decent keeping.
I have to say Brad Lawlor was superb in goal as usual and Owen Wood was our own little John Terry!! Josh Birch ran from end to end and almost got his 1st goal of the season but it just flashed wide of the post. Captain Will Carrington led the team brilliantly and commanded the midfield and finally an outstanding performance from Lewis Pace who stepped into the defence and made several challenges to prevent any goal threat from Bloxwich.
