Match Report:- Wyrley Juniors United U14’s Season 2014-15

Lichfield League Division 1.

Pelsall Villa 5 v 0 Wyrley Juniors United

United met a determined and well drilled Pelsall team on this occasion, Pelsall fielding a few new faces from the last encounter between the teams, added pace and power to their line up. United without their regular keeper and carrying one or two niggling injuries didn’t compete as well as they might have otherwise during the whole of this game, that said several players on the United team can hold their heads up high under these circumstances. Tom Wheeldon was always a threat going forward and the back four of Charlie Hill, Arcardo Raymond, Sam Cottrell and United man of the match Sam New defended well as they were under pressure for good spells of this game. A special mention too for Jack Craddock in the United goal, he had little chance with the goals scored but was responsible for a few fine stops and some tidy handling during this game.
