3 Wyrley Goals are not enough for win

Despite good goals coming  from Liam Simkiss (Simmo), Cody & Jim, Wyrley could not hold off a Gt Barr Harriers performance where every shot seemed to end up in our net, Wyrley battled despite a depleted squad of 12 and turned out a very good second half performance, Brad put in a captains performance and despite feeling under the weather came away with man of the match for his effort and determination.  Liam (Jenko) led the line with Cody, Jim, Brad and Simmo supporting at every opportunity from mid field with Liam (Coyne) and Josh supporting a defence where James, Tom, Luke and Jamie  battled to the end with Ryan keeping goal.

Wyrley carved out numerous opportunities with some good passing and moving both, out to the wings and through the middle and could have narrowed the scoreline if not equalled it.

lets put this one behind us and move on…. keep up the work and determination, and start again next saturday in training.
