Wyrley stated the game the brighter side and managed to make goal scoring chances. Wyrley deservedly took the lead with a goal from Josh Wilson. The game was an even contest but Norton grabbed two goals before half time to go in leading.
The second half began much as the first, Wyrley paying some good football. A defensive mistake then gave Norton there third and a two goal lead. Wyrley then lost James Goddard to an ankle injury. Norton made the most of this and scored a fourth. Two late substitutions could not get Wyrley back into the game.
Wyrley man of the Match was Josh Wilson.
