Wyrley Tigers Under 7's friendly v's Pelsall Villa Colts 28/02/10

The Tigers started well against Pelsall even though the ground was heavy and they were kicking up hill. Connor LLoyd made a couple of impressive runs with the ball from defence, one of these resulting in the first goal. The Tigers had a couple more good chances and managed to contain Pelsall to a couple of break aways, these were delt with well by Joel Pugh. Just before half time Ryan Wood doubled the lead with a good shot into the top right hand corner.
Richard Sutton and Brogan Wilshire lead the line in the second half and came close on a couple of occasions. Zak Parish and Joal Pugh played well together in defence and limited Pelsall to only a couple of chances that Mathew Gallear in goal delt with well. The Tigers finally ran out winners 2-0 Man of the match Connor LLoyd
