Wyrley Drayton Manor club day.

We are thinking of staging a Wyrley Juniors Day at the theme park next year. This will be open to every player, family member and friends of Wyrley folk who want to attend as part of the ‘Wyrley Family’.
Basic ideas (subject to firming up and agreeing final price and format): –
Club gets a designated parking area
Club gets a designated area for us to meet, have bouncy castles for the little ones (free to use)
Club has a pig roast for our party to eat
Discounts on hotel rooms if wanted
Looking at a Sunday in June or July.
The price we are looking at (will not be too far away): –
Adults and children aged 12+ – £18
4 to 11 year olds – £16
3 year olds £6
2 years and below free.
The prices are massive discounts off usual prices!
Before we start making commitments to booking agreements and deposits, we would like to know who would be interested if we set it up?
