Many thanks go to the 20 intrepid Wyrley folk who turned up at short notice this morning after an appeal for help to clear snow from the clubhouse access road, paths and car parks. This enabled a Christening celebration to go ahead, which would have been under threat without the valiant efforts! Zoe Russell, mother of 8 month old Charlotte Ann said ‘Nice to see a community pull together in terrible weather conditions in order for my daughter’s Christening to go ahead. We are extremely grateful.’
Well done guys!
