40 Wyrley Juniors players, managers, committee members and friends climbed 3560 feet to the top of Snowdon yesterday to raise funds for the Long Lane project. Over £7,000 was raised in an extraordinary effort by all those involved.
This showed tremendous teamwork, effort and loyalty by the intrepid climbers as well as great support from the many sponsors for the walkers.

Well done everyone – Proud to be Wyrley!

Pictured below – a group photo of some of the 40 at the top of Snowdon. I’m now looking at Ben Nevis – any takers!!
