Hello to all, Club Welfare Officer here. It has been advised that all coaches renew there CRB every 3 years. having checked the FA web site there are several that need doing ASAP. PLEASE can all coaches check their CRB’s, if a renewal is due please bring all relevant ID to the next meeting. The forms will be there for you to complete. Also a REMINDER all Coaches MUST renew the SGC part of their coaching qualificatio every 3 years, with out this you are not a qualified coach. A renewal can be done on line, through the Staffs FA site (cost £13.95) takes about 1.5–2 hours. The Club will be organising a SGC Workshop later in the season.

Relevant ID must proove ID (passport/ driving license) proove your address(utility bill) and proove NI number. If you are short of anything bring what you have to proove you are who you say you are!
