On Friday 14ht June 2013, LK09 held their first Presentation evening at Bridgetown Social Club.  All the lads received their individual awards as well as some special awards given to certain individuals who have had a successful first season at LK09.  Players Player awarded to Harry Brookes. Parents Player awarded to Lewis Ward. Managers Award awarded to Matthew Timmins.  Assistant Managers Award awarded to Keane Parker and Most Improved Player awarded to Harvey Gripton.  Top Goal Scorer went to Tom Waddison.  Well done to ALL the lads on your acheivements this season.

The awards were followed by a raffle.  We had received some very generous gifts from the Parents and three local businesses (Rampz and Laser Tag at Bridgetown and B&M, Hednesford).  We raised £130.00 towards the LK09 fund.  Thank you to all who donated.

There was a very impressive buffet put on, with several compliments from our guests.  Another big thank you to the Parents and their families for providing the superb and tasty food. The evening was rounded off with a disco with some funky moves on the dance floor by some of the Parents.  The lads were more interested in playing with the balloons and just running around having a great time.

A great evening to round off our first season as Wyrley LK09.  We are now looking forward to the 2013/2014 !
