Not a great start to the New Year.

Wyrley Wolves were outplayed on all areas of the pitch, although the score line was flattering. For a great team with excellent passing skills we did’nt see much of them. Perhaps a case of too much Christmas Pudding or maybe missing their absent team mates.

Either way we shouldn’t read too much in to it. Hopefully the lads can learn something from the defeat and turn it into positive action during training to get back to their usual good form. Remember this was only our second defeat of the season.

Come on Wyrley!!

Man of the match today was Aiden for his valiant efforts in goal and never letting his head drop.

Get well wishes to absent team mates Andrew, Lucian and Nathan.
