Chart topper Chipmunk cheers Colts U11’s to 14-1 victory
by petef on Oct.16, 2011, under Match Reports, Under 17 Colts 17/18
Rapper and chart topper Chipmunk today visited the Wyrley Colts as they beat Wednesfield Lions 14-1. Jack Parker’s big sister Charlie won the prize through his facebook site. As part of the day he came to play in a training match with the Colts on the astroturf pitch at Alumwell School, following their league game against Wednesfield . The TV cameras were there as it is was as part of his television series ” Live and Lost” and the results of his match against Wyrley Colts U11’s can be seen next Sunday morning on Channel 4/T4 (don’t forget to set the Sky planner!). Plenty of pictures of Chipmunk with the team and their over excited parents can be seen on several of the parent’s facebook sites…
Back to the match, with an early kick-off, hold your breath as we quickly run through the scorers…. Jake Powers 6 (yes six!!) Sam Holdcroft 3, Cameron Purchase, Jack Parker, Jack Lyons, Connor Yates and Tommy Farrow gave the Colts a convincing win against a battling Wednesfield. Well done to all and a big thanks to Charlie and the Chipmunk (as opposed to Alvin and the Chipmunks)…

I’m not an expert but I think if the photos are put on the web somewhere (i.e. facebook or my space) you can then just copy a link to them in a comment box like this.
Scott – is there any way they can be directly posed onto the website – the Wyrley website has an add image function, but when I have tried it, it says that the file size is to big and I’m unsure how you can reduuce the size?
