A tight game today on a big pitch at Hednesford. Dragons again took a few minutes to settle but then played as we know they can and dominated the first half. With 2 goals from Kieran and 1 from Tom Hill. Half time score was 3:1. Hednesford came out very determined for the second half and managed to pull it back to 3:3 despite some fantastic saves from Keeper Nathan. His bravery earning him Parents Player of the Game. Hednesford somehow managed to make it 4:3. But Dragons deserved more than that from the game and with a free kick being awarded there was only one place the ball was going to end up. Giving Kieran his hat trick. For a battling effort in Midfield the managers man of the match was given to Ewan Walker.
Those there all know what happened then!!!!
Well Done to all the players for a superb game, you never gave up. Great to see the hard work put in at training is being carried forward to the match.
Get well soon Tom, we need you back and I need your dad to do the reports!!!.
