LA Phoenix 1 – 4 Wyrley Junior Panthers

Our first game for over a month, all our training really paid off today.
Panthers started of full of confidence and kept LA Phoenix in there half for most of the first half . Panthers at times played some lovely football and eventually took the lead from James Briscoe with a great right footed strike. Panthers continued to dominate the first half until a mistake from a throw in saw LA Phoenix equalise.
Second half started as the most of the first half went, with Panthers playing some great flowing football. A lovely move between James Briscoe and Cameron Hickman saw Cameron get his second goal of the season with a left footed drive into the bottom corner.
Panthers continued with there dominance and scored another two goals to take the points.
