Having drawn their opening game Panthers needed to secure all 3 points in this game, unfortunately an early defensive lapse gave Colts a 1-0 lead. Undeterred by this Panthers dug deep with some tireless running down the right from MotM Sam Steptoe creating chance after chance. Panthers were soon back in the game after a neat one two between Kaine Garratt & Sam Steptoe sending Thomas Williamson clear to score his second goal of the season & put Panthers back level.

The second half saw Panthers ambush the Colts goal & it was only a matter of time before Ben Malpass smashed home his first goal of the season to give Panthers a well deserved lead. Panthers continued to dominate & the introduction of both Jamie Wilson & Sam Hadwen at the back appeared to steady a sometimes indecisive defence.

With just 3 mins remaining a cruel deflection off Jamie Wilson fell into the path of incoming Colts striker who calmly slotted past the helpless George Bailey in goal, to give Colts the draw.
