Panthers v’s Shire Oak Vipers
Panthers work ethic is immense great play today! Panthers loosing 3-2 to Shire Oak Vipers which was a extremely evenly matched. Panthers started slowly but, came back into the game mid first half. Lukas Purcell produced a first class save and pushed it around the post,outstanding save. first goal scored by Ryan Jones, typical poachers goal with a loose goal keeper error, but finished it with quality. The Panthers team showed great defensive play at times with Joshua Lester, Vinnie Jones and Fraser Simms. but showed great character through out the team. second half started with some great play by both teams.our second goal came from a great link up play with Joshua Lester passing a great ball through for Wilson Cooper to finish with perfection. Shire Oak scored again in the second half to finish the game 3-2 to Shire Oak Vipers.

Panthers coming alive is this game with real purpose, we were solid and controlled throughout the game with some brilliant individual performances. Panthers got two goals early in the first half by Liam Banks with both goals leaving their keeper no chance. Panthers controlled this game with constant pressure and great link play between Ryan Jones,Wilson cooper and Joshua Lester. just before half time Joshua Lester produced a great goal, solo effort running through defence to finish with style. Panthers leading 3-0 at half time. second half came out with the same intensity. Ryan Jones broke away on the left and powered one into the bottom corner. 4-0 to Panthers. Liam Banks producing his third goal late into the half from distance with a hat trick. Fraser Simms and Joshua Lester were solid at the back. Lukas Purcell another clean sheet.
