Panthers dominated much of their first match today in the Ron Hughes Memorial Cup against Bentley Community Tigers.  After a great summer of tournaments, friendlies & consistent training the boys really seemed to have picked up their game for the 2010/11 season.  The 3 – 1 win to Panthers was exactly what they needed to kick the season off.  Well done to Oscar & Louie for their great goals, a great match played by all.

The second match proved to be tougher, as Panthers faced Cresswell Wanderers.  Panthers goalkeeper Josh Perry did a fantastic job at keeping the score down to 3 – 0 it certainly could have been far worse if it wasn’t for some of Josh’s brilliant saves.  Unfortunately Panthers couldn’t quite find a goal in this match but a brilliant effort made by all.

Great start to the season lads.  See you all for training on Wednesday 6pm – 7pm.
