A game the Lions had chances in but couldn’t take them. The opposition took advantage with some dangerous attacks which were thwarted by the excellent Aaron Clee. Three crucial stops in the first half keeping the scores level. Ryan Wood saw a shot deflected wide as the Lions counter attacked, but the Lions couldn’t keep another clean sheet as the opposition scored two goals. However, the Lions made some good chances of their own to get back into the game; Joshua Guest nearly curling a superb free kick into the net and Ritchie Sutton going close twice, combining with Ella Spears and Ryan Wood respectively, but unable to get that final shot away. Well done Everyone. Also a big well done to Aaron Clee who was voted Man Of The Match.
