After last weeks cup win, Panthers played there first league game.
It was always going to be a tough game against Silverdale as always.
Panthers started well and made a couple of half chances, with a bit more composure Panthers should have been two up.
A great move saw Dan Edwards blast Panthers into the lead with a great strike. A further two goals from James Briscoe and Cameron Hickman put Panthers in complete control. Panthers then began to play the ball around with some great passes but as always a lack of concentration gave Silverdale there first goal. Panthers then increased there lead through James Briscoe again. Silverdale slowly made there way back into the game and got a deserved second goal, half time could not come quick enough. After a half time talk Panthers went out and started the second half strongly, some great passing and movement gave Panthers numerous chances without taking any.
As the half went on Panthers scored another three goals through James Briscoe 2, Jake Barrett ( pen ), the game was effectively over.

Great result and start to the season, let’s keep it going lads.

Goals – James Briscoe 7, Cameron Hickman, Dan Edwards, Jake Barrett , Josh King all 1
