U7 Pumas, Where was the X Factor

Today in week 4 we kicked off again at 12.00 at Shelfield sports academy against Bloxwich Rangers whom we have played twice before. After last week’s performances I thought we would continue our tremendous form but I’m sure our boys stayed up late to watch x factor as we just didn’t wake up. With my tactics all sorted and looking outstanding on paper what another lesson as a coach I learnt that things don’t always work out as planned and to have a Plan B. With saying this, the boys did play well but not to what they are capable of as a team in front of Goal who usually shows great talent.

Goal Scorers – No Goal scorers

Man of the Match – William Dorricott

Our Second Game of the day was against Wednesfield Wolves which ended up being WELL how can I put this. EVENTFUL! We had not played this team yet so we had to be cautious with some big lads in their team out muscling ours but we stuck together and battled through. At the break we huddled up and all I’m saying is that in the second half our lads showed just how 7 young under 7 lads can stick together, work as a team and not be afraid to work for each other when against bigger and stronger players. I’m Proud of our team and I can say that we have bright things in the future and 100% got future stars in the making.

Goal scorers – James Evans -1 , Charlie Ashlie Footes -1

Man of the Match – Robert Szwyd

With 3 friendly’s lined up for Tuesday night against our other wyrley team we look forward to getting in some extra match practice.
