The Lions continued their good attacking play from the previous game by immediately going on the attack against the Sedgley Scorpions. This resulted in goals from Ella Spears, Ryan Wood and Richie Sutton who put his goal scoring success down to his new lucky pants. Sedgley Scorpions rallied in the second half to put the Lions under some pressure. Charlie Smith dealt with the oppositions attempts on goal well to retain another clean sheet for the team. Charlie was assisted in doing this by some good defensive play from Owen Lloyd and Josh Guest. The Lions absorbed the pressure and hit back with another goal to finish the game in style. Well done everyone, man of the match as voted by the parents Owen Lloyd.
