Man Of The Match :- No 10 Tom

Today Tigers V Panthers a match which you would think claws would be out but no it was a fantastic game of football,as both teams were respected by each other. The two teams went out for the win and they made it a great game to watch. Panthers struck first with a great header from No 42 Andy from off a low header.  This seemed to calm Panthers nerves and they went on the attack and gave the Tigers defence a hard game, when a shot was palmed away from Tigers keeper but Panthers No 20 Joe was there to pounce on to it and make it two before the half time.

The second half got under way and Panthers went straight on the attack but Tigers continued to push back the attacks when No 10 Tom put a third past their keeper. Panthers attacked again and again when they were awarded a penalty and No 5 Callum smashed it home to make it 4 goals. Tigers did not let this stop them from attacking it seemed to lift them to push Panthers back which made it more interesting. Then Tigers were awarded a penalty and they converted that to pull one back. Even to the final whistle both teams continued to play some great football.

Once again I must mention the whole of the team because they played as one, Panther’s Team – No 1 Kyle the goal keeper, No 5 Callum, No 7 JK, No 3 Dan in defence. No 8 Sina Captian, No 6 Konnor, No 11 Roo, in midfield and wingers No 42 Andy, No 10 Tom and strikers No 20 Joe and No 4 Ben, and coaches Neil and Mark.

Once again we had a good Referee who let the game flow, also thanks to Toms dad’s for running the line.

Well done Panther’s for a fantastic football match and continued congratulations for being top of division one you all deserve it.
