Panthers had their first round robin match today and they really made it a game of two halves.

Cannock Town came out in the first half with real passion to win the game and Panthers could not reply with the same vigour as them.

They battled on in the first half with Panthers keeper doing all he could but unable to prevent the two goals and Panther’s found it very hard to break though Cannock Towns defence and midfield.

After their Half time team talk the Panther’s came out with a lot more determination, even after ten minutes of play they were still finding it hard to break through Cannock town’s  defence but then after a change around in positions the Panther’s gained momentum.

Man of the match No 8 Sina volleyed the ball up and over the defence and keeper to get a great goal from the half way line. With 10 minutes left the ball was put through from No7 JK to No42 Andy and he slipped the second goal through passed their keeper to make it two all.

Panthers then worked hard to keep Cannock Town’s keeper and defence busy and they come away with a hard earned draw.
