CHASE STAGS 1 v 5 WYRLEY PUMAS

This was a good performance from the Pumas, Pumas took the lead early on when Lauren Rolls hit a shot from the edge of the box giving the Stags keeper no chance. Lucy Wells was next to strike squeezing the ball past the advancing keeper, Pumas continued to press and another Rolls strike put Pumas three up, Man of the match Abi Hall sealed an excellent first half performance by netting Pumas fourth. To Stags credit they kept competing throughout the match and in the second half their striker Kellie Smith got a goal with an excellent strike from 25 yards, Pumas though continued to create chances, Wells striking the post and the unlucky Ilora Anderson going close on a number of occasions. Wells got Pumas fifth when she bravely blocked the keepers clearance to then roll the rebound into the net
