BEACON PANTHERS 3 v 4 WYRLEY TIGERS

 What a game, one which kept all spectators afraid to take their eyes off it for a second. Beacon started well and soon took the lead early in the first half, But Wyrley struck back when a well directed throw sent Duncan Reilly clear to smash the ball home, Beacon went in front again with an excellent strike from 20 yards but Wyrley soon struck back when Ben Southalls low shot went in off the post, After getting our breath back during the break the second half started with the same outcome as the first with Beacon taking the lead again, direct from corner. Wyrley finished the game well and a Southall header from a Sam Foreman corner drew the Tigers level once more and then man of the match Southall scored the winner with a few minutes to go, also completing his hat-trick.

 WYRLEY TIGERS 1 v 1 CRESSWELL WANDERERS

 This game was evenly contested, Both teams working hard to get on top, Cresswell took the lead when they latched onto a loose ball, to slide the ball into the Wyrley net, Tigers went in at half time 1-0 down. Tigers rallied in the second half and a Sam Foreman free-kick hit the top of the crossbar, Tigers continued to press with Man of the match Elliot Crook, Ben Southall and Duncan Reilly linking well, a through ball by Foreman found Southall who was tripped in the box. Foreman then stepped up to equalise for the Tigers.
