A slow start ultimately cost Wyrley their unbeaten start to 2012 – but they didn’t give it up easily!! After a tight  first half in which Burntwood took the lead with a well taken goal Wyrley came to life in the second period. With Burntwood on the back foot an equaliser seemed the least that could be expected but it was not to be this week. No league match now for a month but plenty of friendlies to keep us going girls! Well done every one – we never gave up …. and won the fighting as usual too (oops)  LOL!!!

Team: Cara Turner, Ellie Deakin, Lauren Harris, Emily Pettit, Rian Mullen, Emma Cartwright, Demi Leigh Fields, Emily Scott, Ellesse Birkett, Lara Morris, Jess Arthur, Emma Stacey, Keeley Dabbs, Keira Turner
