Well I Can’t believe another Sunday has passed, when I took this position I was told it would be a tough job with 7 under 7’s kids but I must be enjoying it with the time flying by.

Anyway Today we kicked off again at 12.00 at Shelfield sports academy against Silverdale JFC and After last week’s performance and confidence sky high i thought we would carry on from last week. Well how wrong could I be and as the saying goes football is so unpredictable. With a great team bonding on the Saturday at laser tag I think we was still there as we kicked off. Thank god half time came for a little chat with the boys and a little squad rotation. I couldn’t be happier with the Pumas after the break.

Man of the Match – Charlie Ashley Footes

Our Second Game of the day was against Cannock Town Juniors which ended up being the toughest game we have played so far this year. Due to the hard work and commitment our boys put in from start to finish We got off to a great start with Charlie Ashley Footes scoring with some magic football. This was such as close game with Cannock town’s goalkeeper making some great saves and also our Wonder goalkeeper of the day Karam Poonian also making the difference of the 2 teams at the break. With the game being even till the second half we managed to put it in to 5th gear and push forward. Both teams could have scored more so i think the score line reflected how much work we have all put in from day one.
