After 6 years of tremendous effort today was the last time that Andy Parfitt coached at our Boys’ Academy. Andy is sadly handing over the reins due to time commitments. He and Jacqui, son Carl and Dan Russell have helped to create at least 14 new Wyrley teams in that time and the Club is extremely grateful for all their efforts! Well done!

From next week the Academy will have 2 new experienced coaches – Jeff Sutton and Stewart Wood – who are very well qualified. In addition we are hopeful that Dan will continue to help out. Any one with boys aged 4, 5 or 6 of any ability who are looking to develop their football skills in a friendly, safe environment should leave a message on hear, call 07836202764 or just turn up to Cheslyn Hay Leisure Centre astro turf Saturdays 10 til 11.30 a.m. – PLEASE NOTE NEW VENUE.
