Wildcats are managed by Lloyd James, who is close to completing his Level 2 and a Level 1 assistant.

They develop girls and have never turned anyone away based on ability, with every player playing at least half a game. The players all enjoy playing and training and all get along and learn new things every week. Working alongside the FA DNA, they have managed to create a good dialogue with players understanding the different phases of play and how to operate in different positions. They represent Wyrley in the best way they can through great effort and sportsmanship.
