With a depleted squad Wyrley faced a strong, well organised Coseley team.  Missing Ash, Leanne, Jody, Tash and Kirsty,  Wyrley were forced into an unorthadox defence of  Cath, Kelly H, Saffron and Charlie.  Chelsea hurt her ankle in the warm-up but with only a substitute keeper on the bench, valiantly played.  Sam, Chelsea, Kelly I and Vikki battled well in midfield pushing balls threw for Sophie and Rachel to chase.  It took Coseley  23 mins to break the dead lock, Lauren saved from the edge of her box but the loose ball fell to Coseley to hit into an empty net 0-1.  The score line remained the same for the rest of the half and Wyrley looked like holding up well.

Wyrely started the 2nd half well and were unlucky on several occasions not to breach Coseleys goal.  59 mins Coseley easily passed the ball through Wyrleys defence and slotted past a helpless Lauren 0-2.  Nia came on to replace Lauren in goal and was called on immeadiatly to make a great clearance on the edge of her box.  70 mins Wyrleys defence fell apart and gifted Coseley a third 0-3.  77 mins Wyrley were finding the going tough now with no subs and kicking against the wind, the defence were under constant attack and tired legs led to Coseley getting their 4th.  83 mins Sam made a tremendous run through and was pulled back in the box by the keeper, Sam stepped up to take the resulting penalty unfortunatly she went for power and struck the post.  Coseley went on to score their 5th of the game in the last 4 mins.

This was not a bad performance from Wyrley but Coseley showed their muscle and intent for the forthcoming final on the 25th April.
