Next week is the European Week of Sport.

We are looking to support this by getting more of our ‘mature’ members and nonmembers getting involved in physical activity.

On Monday, Walking Football returns to our Long Lane home ground 6.30 til 7.30. This is open to anyone ‘approximately’ 45 and over. Just turn up and ask for Derek.

On Thursday, coaching for our Veteran Ladies Squad continues at Long Lane. This is open to anyone ‘approximately’ 35 and over. Just turn up and ask for Steve.

Both sessions are fun based and open to anyone of any ability and experience.

Come on – get off that couch!!
