Our Tuesday Night Soccer Mums squad played their first friendly tonight at Cheslyn Hay Leisure Centre – losing narrowly to Brereton Belles.

Named Wyrley Diamonds tonight, the management team of Jo Thomas and Hazel Tudor recalled how they were set up: –

“Shall we have a go at doing it Hazel?”
“Yeah, shall we”
“Few months later we have our first game as Wyrley Diamonds! So proud of this group tonight. Playing like they have played for years. Well done everyone. Enjoyed it so much. We definitely had the best support out of the two teams- with a nan in the team talk!! Love it! ”

Well done Diamonds!
