Wyrley Tigers U7's friendly versus FC Premier 1/03/10

As a result of a recent good run of results the Tigers have been promoted to the Green group. The first match in this group saw the Tigers line up against FC Premier the second best Team in the group. The Tigers started well and managed to contain FC Premier to a couple of chances. However FC Premier were awarded a free kick just outside the penalty area and took the lead with a tremendous shot which gave Mathew Gallear no chance of saving.

FC Premier went onto score a further 3 goals to make the final score 4-0. The Tigers however had a couple of really good chances to score themselves. One of these chances saw Ryan Wood finding Connor Lloyd with an accuate 30 yard pass, unfortunately Connors powerful shot just fizzed passed the left hand post. Well done lads a good showing against a very good team.
