Wyrley Tigers Unders 7's friendly v's Hednesford Town 28/02/10

The Tigers got caught cold with an instant attack and goal from Hednesford Town straight from the kick off. The Tigers suffered another set back a couple of minutes later when Hednesford were awarded a penalty for hand ball in the area. Thomas Dodd made himself big in the goals and the Hednesford Town player missed. This seemed to be the turning point in the game because not long after Connor LLoyd equalised for the Tigers and Ryan Wood scored to send the Tigers into the half time with a 2-1 lead.
The Tigers started to take control of the game in the second half with Elliot Tibbs challenging for the ball all over the pitch. He was well supported by Owen Hallsworth and Brogan Wilshire. The Tigers endeavours were rewarded when Elliot Tibbs scored the third goal in the closing minutes of the game. Well done boys you are showing real improvement. Man of the match Elliot Tibbs.
