Wyrley Juniors FC U14 MJPL Trials 2013/14
The forth coming season Wyrley Juniors FC will be entering a team into the most prestigious junior football league in the UK. The league is regarded as one of the finest outside of academy & district football. We have worked hard to provide level 2 coaching, structured training and a safe environment for the selected boys to be in the best arena possible.
MIDLAND JUNIOR PREMIER LEAGUE (MJPL)
We are looking for players to join us for trials. You should have a proven football background and committed to playing football on Saturday. You do not need to have played academy football with a pro club, but it may help if you have played representative football for your town, city or have played at this level beforehand. This is desirable but not essential.
The essential quality that we are looking for is that you are a team player and you have proven technical ability. Travelling up to 1 hour to play on a Saturday is required, to play teams of an exceptional standard such as Stourbridge Town, Bristol City, Kidderminster Harriers, West Bromwich Albion and many more. School football will be accommodated.
This message is to identify boys from the present year 7 & year 8 groups who will be eligible to play in the Under 14 age range as of September 2013. If you feel you will be able to commit to Saturday football and be able to compete at this level then please make contact with Simon Steptoe via the below contact details.
If successful Saturday Football consists of the following:
• Training twice a week
• Travel up to 1 hour to a game every Saturday
• Scouts at games are a regular occurrence
• Arrive at games in club tracksuits or suits
• 10.30am Kick Off
• 12 noon meal with opposing side at clubhouse either home or away
• Sunday football can still be played when playing in the MJPL
