Panthers started the first season at 11 a side with an emphatic 15-0 victory over Beacon Stars. Panthers looked hungry for victory as they raced into a three goal lead within the first ten minutes.
Panthers played some of their best football down the flanks with wing backs Elliot Kelsey and Sam Hadwen linking well with wingers Sam Steptoe and new signing Lewis Page. At the back Panthers never looked in trouble with solid defensive performances from Ace Bateman, Jamie Wilson and Captain Harry Richards.
Between the sticks goalkeeper George Bailey could not have been blamed for trying to top up his tan as he was never troubled during either half.
Much of Panthers goal scoring threat came from the centre of the pitch, with Jack Miller-Flynn, Kaine Garratt and Thomas Williamson creating many of the goal scoring opportunities. These were duly taken by in form Tommy Bannister and Ben Malpass.
