Spring Clean success!

A massive thank you to the 10 club members who joined 8 local residents in litter picking – and picking out huge piles of fly tipping – at the entrance gates to the clubhouse and along Long Lane, Walsall Road and New Landywood Lane.
This was the club’s way of supporting Essington Spring Clean and we thank Daisy Babb, Tash Capewell, Sophie Willis, Steve Willis, Keith Hardy, Ian Whitehouse, Pete Thomas, Jo Thomas, Seb Thomas and Spence Thomas for giving up their morning for a great community effort.

12 year old Seb said ‘I enjoyed helping and it made me feel good when I saw what we had collected’.

Super effort guys!!

Proud to be Wyrley!
