Tigers raced into a two goal lead, It was Ben Southall who produced two smart finishes to rock Cresswell early in this game, That Darn Cat! release Tigers competed well but gave their keeper little support as Cresswell strikers were left unmarked to punish the Tigers twice in two minutes to level the game, just before half time Sam Foreman capped his man of the match performance with a well directed free-kick finding the top corner of the net. Tigers maintained their work rate in the second half and went close to scoring a couple of times before Southall chipped the keeper to complete his hat–trick.
