Lions are hitting their fitness big time in the closed season.
They signed up with Paul Wilson, Walsall’s Top Personal Trainer, quickly becoming well known all around the Midlands and further, for his unique way he gets people to enjoy exercising, tone muscles you never knew you had, hit fitness levels you never knew you could, and all in great humour, reaching your fitness goals everytime.
Paul came down to training this week to talk to Lions about their nutrition, what they should and shouldn’t be eating and drinking, and why, and did a 30 minute intensive fitness training session – the Lions loved it, Paul said they all worked really hard, Lions legs should be aching today !
Detemined to raise their fitness levels, Lions are having very little break this summer, as all players are committed to raising their game for the new season, with many of them doing their own fitness at home as well as attending training twice a week.
