Youth Committee Launched!!

EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR OUR PLAYERS!!

The Club has a history of developing it’s players – on an off the field.
We have a Sports Leaders course fully booked for 24 of our players on April 17th at the clubhouse.

We are now looking to create an exciting opportunity for High School age players to become leaders of their peers and help form the way the club looks in the future.

We are creating a Youth Committee that will mirror the full committee in its membership and have the role of organising events, being the mouthpiece for players, and supporting the main committee.

The benefits for the Youth Committee members include: –

How to work with other young people
Building strong and lasting friendships
Developing greater self-esteem and self-confidence
Developing communication skills
Develop leadership skills
Developing organisational skills
Developing interview skills
Learning how to take responsibility for their actions
Learning how to work within an organisation and structure

More details on the flyer below. Each manager of U12s upwards has a supply of the flyers to give to their players.

If you have a child who would benefit from this opportunity; are a player who wants to get involved or are a coach/manager of a player who you see exhibiting the traits we are looking for, please contact Jo on 07912557352 or leave a comment/message here.
