Lea Hall 3 – 2 Wyrley Juniors Panthers aet

Wyrley travelled to Lea Hall for the Challenge cup first round.
Wyrley again started the game strongly as the week before, making chances and finally going one nil up with a goal from Joshua Wilson. The game went from end to end with both sides playing some nice football.
Lea Hall then gained a corner and equalised with a strong header. The half ends with lots of goal mouth action.The second half gets under way with both sides till going for the result. Chances coming and going before Lea Hall took the lead again. Wyrley kept battling and with minutes left equalised through Josh Griffiths with a great solo effort.
Extra time gets under way with not much between the two sides, first half ends still all square.
Second half begins with Wyrley slowly taking control. With time running out Lea Hall gain a corner and score with only a minute to go.
Wyrley kick off and go staight down the other end and get a corner, everybody into the box. Cross comes over ball gets cleared to George Crofts who hits a shot which is cleared off the line, whistle goes for full time.
Dont know how we lost this one.
