1st Half:
This was a far more lively affair than the first match of the day. The previous meeting was a high scoring match and this was to be no different. Early on Panthers took the lead through Tyler and it was looking like Panthers were going to take control when seven minutes of madness ensued and after just eight minutes Panthers found themselves 3-1 down. Both defences took little part in this game and just as Beacon did, Panthers scored two quick goals just before half time to make it 3-3.

2nd Half:
The half time chat once again had an immediate effect and Panthers were straight on the attack from the kick off. This seemed to put Beacon off their game as Panthers relentlessly attacked and after four minutes of the second half, Panthers took the lead with a Tyler goal (3-4). Just after the goal, Gavin made a tactical substitution – Damian off / Jake on and Louie dropped back into defence. I assumed at the time that this was intended to protect Panthers lead but what actually happened was that Tyler found more room up front and midfield became far more effective. Panthers now took full control and by two minutes from the end Tyler had racked up his fourth goal and Panthers sixth. A late consolation from Beacon saw the match finish 4-6.
