Panthers, bouyed up by their last half performance, contested this fixture very well even though Handworth had more control over the game. Early shots came in thick and fast from Handsworth, several well saved by Josh but, Panthers were getting chances and on eleven minutes, forced a penalty. Chase stepped up and blasted a cracking goal low and to the left (1-0). However, just two minutes later, Handsworth equalised but Panthers kept going to the half time whistle. Half Time 1-1.
Quite what happened after half time, I’m not quite sure but I’m note going to dwell on it for long. Panthers had one shot on 26 minutes which rebounded but Tyler couldn’t prevent from going over the bar. All the rest of the half belonged to Handsworth who scored 5 times. One to forget.
