1st Half:
The long winter break had quite an impact on performance in Panther’s first match back since the 21st of November. A rather laboured start saw a match with little bite or desire apart from the occasional moment of skill from both sides. The highlight of the first half being a penalty for Panthers which Ben struck well but, unfortunately wide of the left post. Although Panthers had far more opportunities and possession, they failed to make good use of it.

The half time pep talk from Gavin appeared to make a difference and on 18 minutes Tyler scored from a well struck shot. Unfortunately, just four minutes later a Silverdale cross from the right wing evaded everyone and crept in at the far post (1-1). From that point on the game rather fizzled out.
